(Alma Thera – Santorini)
1. Reservations
All reservations made through our website, email, phone, or authorized booking channels are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- Full or partial payment is successfully processed, and
- A written confirmation email has been sent to the guest.
Alma Thera reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of payment failure, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Rates & Taxes
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
In accordance with Greek legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax may apply and is payable locally at check-in.
Prices may vary depending on seasonality, availability, and promotional offers.
3. Payment Terms
Depending on the rate selected:
- Non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.
- Flexible rates may require a deposit or pre-authorization.
- The remaining balance, if applicable, may be charged prior to arrival or at check-in.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated during checkout.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Flexible Rate
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge equivalent to the first night or full stay.
Non-Refundable Rate
- In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No refunds are provided for early departure or unused services.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full reservation amount may be charged.
7. Additional Services
Alma Thera may offer or facilitate additional services including:
- Airport & Port Transfers
- Private Boat Rentals
- Local Tours & Excursions
- Car or ATV Rentals
- Massage & Wellness Treatments
These services may be provided by licensed third-party partners and are subject to separate availability, pricing, and conditions.
Alma Thera acts as an intermediary where applicable and is not liable for third-party service performance beyond reasonable coordination.
8. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Respecting property rules
- Any damage caused during their stay
Alma Thera reserves the right to charge for damages or excessive cleaning if required.
9. Force Majeure
Alma Thera shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
10. Governing Law
All bookings and transactions are governed by Greek law.
